When working on his own, it must be much more careful with the time you spend doing one thing instead of another. It must indeed be very effective in everything we do to put our time and energy on activities that are really important to creating value for our company. Start by prioritizing your tasks.
Prioritize your tasks for the day
If you want to be effective, it must be able to focus and do what is really important to realize for the success of our projects. So we have to choose because we can not do everything!

If you want to be effective, it must be able to focus and do what is really important to realize for the success of our projects. So we have to choose because we can not do everything!
To be most effective, you must:
1-Set your priorities for the day
• Do not have too many priorities, choosing what is truly important to your busniess.
• We must make a list of what you really need in your day. I recommend a maximum from May to July priorities for the day. Write your list in the form of simple actions that you can perform quickly by blocking the action accomplished in the list.
• It is indeed a great satisfaction at the end of the day to say is that we managed to accomplish what we wanted to accomplish.
2-Planning longer term also
Take short lists for your:
• Priorities of the week (no more than 5 or 7 priorities)
• Priorities of the month (maximum 10)
• Goals 6 months, 12 months ... No more than ten goals!
• Vision of the future: Visualize where you want to be in 6 months, a year ...
3- Stay open to change
Do try especially not to plan in detail what you will do in a year. It's a waste of time! Just have a vision ... Do not try to predict or calculate everything ... Plan ... Be open!
Do not miss opportunities that may arise and that you have not planned.
