Try various different expressions
For example:

If the results show less than 100,000 results, the theme you are targeting is too restricted. You may have some trouble getting buyers.
Furthermore, when you see that there is a lot of results, it is not a good sign, it certainly means that many of the solutions are already available.
Focus on results so you placed in between, just find the right balance.
The ideal is to find a topic for which there is a lot of results and little paid advertising (Google Adwords ads to the right of the Google search screen)
3. Look if there are already solutions equivalent to the one you suggest?
4. Check whether a substantial number of people are willing to pay to obtain the solution you propose?
Here, in general, what will determine the purchase:
"The price of what we buy is less than the value, benefit, we hope to get."
So this premise, do not set the price of your product versus time of realization or investment but according to the expected value, the estimated value by the potential customer. This principle is valid for sale offline and also when we want to sell on the Internet.
