I wrote this in response to numerous requests from customers and partners. In fact, if you read me for a while you know that with my partner we manage a network of 17 websites in the field of web marketing, SEO, email marketing etc. And we also manage multiple e-commerce sites, we sell 2 software and are launching 2 new video training week. We spend about 5 to 6 hours a day behind a computer regarding web marketing tasks, seo, e-mail marketing or writing. We spend about 1 to 2 hours per day behind the camera to shoot video. Finally, we spend about 1 hour on the phone with our team of developers and 1h with our partners. So it makes you dream?
It all depends on your ambitions, but us, we can not imagine working 4 hours per week. We have too many ideas that we want to start, too many people to manage and too much to do. But it is a choice! We might decide to sell part of our business to outsource much or even split our income by 3. Except ... .We do not live day to day. We have a plan that we want to follow to be quiet in a few years. However, we disconnect one week per month. That is to say, for one week each month, we do not work and make sure not to go on the internet. Finally we love what we do, otherwise we would not have held 11 years!
2. A developer team!
Having one or more web developers who work for you at half-time or full-time is for us indispensable. Without a team of developers, we could not run our business as quickly and would have to confine ourselves to the creation of video training. We could not create software, templates, applications. We could not automate our work as we do so
I know whereof I speak because during my May 1st year of entrepreneurs, I did not developers. I had to find a new developer for every little task I wanted to achieve. Little trick, most repetitive things performed manually in a web browser can be automated.

I do not like routine but sometimes not there is a choice. We have listed all priority actions we must make every week. We prefer to develop plans of action weekly instead of monthly. There are tasks that we must perform every week. Whatever happens, we make them. Here's an example: every Monday: our statistics are analyzed different tools to make strategic decisions. This also allows us to make decisions in testing AB, marketing events and seo. This is also the Monday that we analyze the performance of our e-commerce sites to see how we can develop their sales.
Every Tuesday: we record the videos of the week and do video editing. And then we write emails and create pages videos
Every Wednesday: meeting with developers, creating specifications.
Every Thursday: Meeting with our partners by product and looking for new partners
Every Friday: line of a new training and new products on our e-commerce sites
