What do you think of making websites to make money with?

I surf regularly classifieds sites and I fall often on ads entitled "Earn a lot of money through the internet"! I happen to click on the links leading to the site in question, but I'll never go further. What do you think of these sites that promise to make lots of money with internet, and without doing almost nothing? Should I buy the kit or the e-book in question?
