5 years ago, I created my first website with tutorials found on the Zero site. In these computer tutorials, we learned how to program in php, html and CSS (the three main languages that allow you to create a website). Like many, I followed the course to the letter and after a few weeks / months, I found myself with a website not too bad on my computer ...:-)
And that's when I started to hesitate: Do I put online? How to upload? What web host you choose? It will cost me how to host it? Well worth the cost? How to pay when no card VISA / Mastercard?
These questions led me not to put my website online ... Before the plunge a few months later.
Why you need to put your site online?

Personally, I do not regret any of 'I bought my first pack. If I had to do it again, I would do ten times.

How much does that cost?
In fact, a shared hosting a one-year cost between 30 and 60 dollars per year. In short, for 5 dollars per month (2 drinks in the coffee corner) you have a website you! To pay if do not have a Visa card, follow by charging your paypal account by bank transfer.
But how to choose a web host? Which is better? The cheapest?
There is a trick question because everyone will respond differently.
First, if you launch your website, always opt for the basic package, it will be more than enough (mysql, php, space sufficient disks).
In terms of hosting that I recommend, personally I like ovh (one of the cheapest) and Mavenhosting PlanetHoster. A level above, I think Infomaniak is very very good, but slightly more expensive.
If you want to learn a bit further on the subject, I would advise you to consult blogs dedicated to hosting and the best web hosts, and the different comparative available on the net.
