Launch a product that customers can not do without!

The problem facing many companies is that once past the buzz, their product is unused. This is the case for many mobile applications. So you must ensure that your product becomes a must for your customers. And they will use it, the better.

Here are some examples of companies that have excellent retention rate because we can not do without their product:

The auto responders and email marketing software: Once you have installed and forms you create lists of prospects and customers, you can not allow you to change software every week. And you use the service every week to send e-mails

The mobile operators and of course internet

Generators landing pages: Leadpages I use and I do not want to stop because the service is good, but above all I do not have a week to lose to recreate my landing pages with another service. I host my landing pages on servers Leadpages

Most companies can make the essential product. Just think a little. we can say that the product is not essential for my clients. It would indeed be the case if I was content to send video training. But I'm going much further. I personally helps advance their business and I put them in contact with potential partners. I therefore allows them to train while saving time and money.

Here are some tips that can help you:

you have software to download? Put a subscription offer cloud!

you sell website creation benefits? Buy domain name and host it yourself sites!

you're looking at? Create a monthly fee and a private group for your customers

you have an e-commerce site? Set up a subscription offer with free delivery

you are in training? Give a little of yourself and create additional tools to your training

etc.

Make the email retargeting!

Too many companies will occupy more of their clients once they have paid! What a mistake! I urge you to use the email retargeting. This allows you to send emails to your customers based on the actions they perform on your site. For example, if a customer has purchased your product but was not connected to his account for a week, it will automatically send a specific email. If it is connected but not downloading software, send him an email with a video tutorial. I think you get the idea!

Also, keep in touch with your customers. Send them regular emails to ask if they need help, if they have any questions in relation to the product etc. Invite them to events and webinars online. And this is stupid but do wish them their birthday.

Do not make the mistake of mostly send emails only when you have something to sell!

Stand out

I also advise you to stand out from the competition. If you have a newsletter, send in paper format by mail to your customers. If you are a trainer, plus videos and seminars, trainings send your audio and DVD. If you have an e-commerce site, send samples to your customers and invite them into showrooms, set up subscriptions etc.

In conclusion, your customers are your best ambassadors. Make sure you meet them. It is easier to sell to a satisfied customer at a prospect who does not know you!
